OfficeMate/ExamWRITER v10 is ONC-ATCB 2011/2012-certified as a Complete EHR by CCHIT and is compliant with the new HIPAA 5010 format!

    OfficeMate/ExamWRITER v10 is compliant with the new HIPAA 5010 format!

    The new HIPAA 5010 format requires two changes to the claim Billing Address (box 33). Eyefinity wants to ensure your practice experiences a successful upgrade to the OfficeMate®/ExamWRITER® 5010-compliant version before December 31, 2011.

  • Appointment Scheduler

     

    The Appointment Scheduler includes improvements to make setting up exceptions more intuitive, and make the display more user-friendly. 

     

  • Fee Slips

     
    Editing line items in fee slips is easier and more intuitive in OfficeMate/ExamWRITER v10.5. You can also designate which open charges to post, which to close, and which to leave open.

  • Ledger


    Improvements in v10.5 reduce the complexity of the line items displayed in the ledger and make completing tasks such as reverses/corrections, edits, and changing payment types easier.  

  • VSP Interface

     
    The VSP Interface has been enhanced to improve your workflow and allow you to obtain authorizations and
    submit VSP lab orders and claims more quickly and more accurately than in prior OfficeMate versions. With v10.5, you will be able to more easily use the VSP Interface.

    OfficeMate®/ExamWRITER® v10 is ONC-ATCB 2011/2012-certified as a Complete EHR by CCHIT (CC-1112-900880-1).  This enables you to report meaningful use measures to the government and obtain incentive money.
